customers as well as our employees and our families is a top

The following information is provided to offer guidance related how the Covid-19 situation may affect the customers of our various divisions:
Cow Magnet Customers:
Orders will continue to be processed daily by our office staff which is working remotely. Actual order fulfilment and outbound shipments are being done twice weekly, so there should only a two-day delay in order fulfulment at most.
OEM Magnet Customers:
Orders will continue to be processed daily by our office staff which is working remotely. Actual order fulfilment and outbound shipments are being done twice weekly, so there should only a two-day delay in orderfulfulment at most.
Printed Scrap Sorting Magnet Customers:
Orders will continue to be processed daily by our office staff which is working remotely. Because orders of these magnet require custom printing and assembly and we are working remotely and with a limited crew, our production time may take up to 4 weeks, rather than our normal 2 to 3 weeks.

Order number range: W-36564 to W-36599 should be completed
and shipped by 4/15/2020 or sooner.
All other orders should ship by 4/29/2020 or sooner assuming
the order is not on hold/waiting for your proof approval.
